What to do in an emergency?

In an emergency, it is very important to keep calm first. Even if it is difficult. Only then can you act wisely and correctly.

And then decide how serious the case is. In the event of a severe scalding, a choking attack or another supposedly life-threatening situation, you are right to call an ambulance anyway. However, this happens very rarely. In less dramatic cases, we will be happy to give you an initial assessment over the phone. During our office hours, call the practice landline number. During the lunch break and from 5 to 6 p.m. on our practice mobile phone number. And you can call the emergency service the rest of the time, from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays and at weekends.
